Particular attention is also paid to children’s digital literacy as a means for boosting food literacy and informed nutrition choices.
Alberto holds a Master's degree in Law from Università Cattolica of Milan. After pursuing postgraduate studies in Food policy, he trained as a lawyer at Avvocatura dello Stato (Attorney General of Italy). Then, during his research experience in Naples and Rome, he developed a strong interest in the interplay between food, digital technologies and law.
