EUCFR and GDPR in the context of the right to information: Laura Drechsler @ERA seminar (21 November 2019, Brussels)

On 21 November 2019, LSTS researcher Laura Drechsler (FWO) will present at the ERA seminar on 'The right to information in the European Union: Current trends and developments'. Her talk will explore the 'Relation between the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU and the GDPR in the context of the right to information'. The event will take place in Brussels on 21-22 November 2019 and is organised by the Academy of European Law.

The seminar will focus on key topics, such as the access to documents in the EU and the recent CJEU case law, the access to information on environmental issues as well as the transparency of the legislative process in the EU.
