[Event] The Summer Academy for Global Privacy Law 2020 offers a unique programme on international and European privacy and data protection law, made available from Brussels to participants all over the world. Under the title ‘Confronting the New Challenges’, it will review the latest policy and legal developments and explore the state of global privacy law in light of the Covid-19 outbreak and its many implications.
From 22nd to 26th June 2020, the Summer Academy for Global Privacy Law will bring together internationally renowned lecturers, including academics, representatives of European Union (EU) institutions, data protection authorities (DPAs), private companies, lawyers and civil society.
This year, participation to the Summer Academy 2020 will take place exclusively online. Building on the successful experience of numerous editions of the European Data Protection Law Summer School, it will propose innovative ways of interacting in order to think together about the upcoming challenges of global privacy law.
