Prof. Paul De Hert and Ashwinee Kumar publish new book chapter on Blockchain and Privacy

In July 2021, Prof. De Hert and Researcher Ashwinee Kumar published a new chapter on 'Blockchain, Data Protection, and Privacy'. The chapter is part of the Book 'Blockchain and Public Law: Global Challenges in the Era of Decentralisation', published by Edward Elgar publisher, UK including contributions from different experts in the field.

The book is edited by Oreste Pollicino, Full Professor of Constitutional Law, Bocconi University, Italy, Member of the Sounding Board on Disinformation, Expert for the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence (GPAI), and Member of the Board of the European Union Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA) and Giovanni De Gregorio, Postdoctoral Researcher in the Programme in Comparative Media Law and Policy, Centre for Socio-Legal Studies, University of Oxford, UK.
