For the fifth annual Brussels Privacy Symposium, we are bringing together key policymakers, scholars, and global experts to identify the directions drawn by jurisdictions around the world towards regulating AI and similar technologies. We will explore the nuances of the draft EU AI Act, the frameworks for regulating AI and automated decision-making that are being developed in jurisdictions outside the EU, and the pitfalls and benefits of different regulatory approaches to AI.
