On 26 July 2019, Marco Giacalone (VUB), Sajedeh Salehi (VUB) and Marco Dall´Aglio (Luiss Roma) will participate in the half-day conference on “CREA Project - Conflict Resolution with Equitative Algorithms", which takes place at STUDIO EJC - Roberti & Associati (Place du Grand Sablon 36, B-1000 Bruxelles), from 10:00 to 13:00.
Marco Giacalone will present the CREA project, Sajedeh Salehi will speak about the “European Common ground” of available rights and Marco Dall´Aglio will elaborate on how the CREA algorithm works.
The main objective of the conference is to discuss about ‘the use of Artificial Intelligence in resolving disputes in civil law’. Other topics to be discussed in this event: Game theory, decision-making through computerized methods, the use of algorithm in resolving civil disputes in particular conflicts arising out of divorce and inheritance on division of assets, creating an EU Common Ground of available rights on divorce and inheritance rules.
