Barbara da Rosa Lazarotto

Barbara da Rosa Lazarotto joined LSTS in February 2022 as a PhD student. She works in the H2020 LeADS - Legality Attentive Data Scientists project under a Marie-Sklodowska-Curie ITN grant. Her research focuses on Public-Private Data sharing.

Prior to joining LSTS Barbara worked as a Persecutor Assistant and Paralegal. She is a member of Women4Cyber Portugal, a non-profit organisation which promotes the participation of women in cybersecurity.

She obtained her law degree from Faculdade de Direito Curitiba (Brasil) and also holds a Law degree in Portugal from Faculdade de Direito da Universidade do Porto. She obtained her master degree on legal studies from Escola de Direito da Universidade do Minho (Portugal).
