The d.pia.lab (Brussels Laboratory for Data Protection and Privacy Impact Assessments) organises a workshop on 20 May 2019, 14:00-16:30 pm in Brussels, to map and analyse possible legal questions concerning DPIA as foreseen in the GDPRm that might emerge in a set-up of judicial and extra-judicial proceedings at both national and EU level.
The workshop will gather the representatives of at least eight sectors (independent regulatory authorities, policy makers, legal practicioners, courts, industry, consultancy, non-governmental organisations and academia) in order to seek their views as to what can be expected from DPIAs in a set-up of judicial and extra-judicial proceedings.
