Frederike Zufall is speaking at ‚The 6th Biennial Conference' of the Society of International Economic Law’s Asian International Economic Law Network (AIELN). The conference is themed as “International Trade Regime for the Data-Driven Economy: How will Artificial Intelligence Transform International Economic Law” and is taking place at Taipei, Taiwan, organised by the Institute of Law for Science and Technology, National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) from 26 to 27 October 2019.
Frederike Zufall will present her co-authored (with Raphael Zingg, ETH Zürich) paper on „Data Portability in a Data-Driven World“ discussing the value of data as a tradeable asset and its regulation by data protection and/or competition law. The program can be found here.
