You are warmly invited to our next Gender, Law, and Technology Reading Group session, which will take place on Tuesday 21 October 2025 from 12:30 to 13:30 CET, both in person (room C4.024) and online via Teams.
We are delighted to welcome Konstantinos Lamprinoudis, PhD candidate and lecturer in European Law at the Europa Institute of Leiden Law School in the Netherlands. Konstantinos is a qualified lawyer whose research focuses on current issues in EU non-discrimination law. He obtained his Master’s degree (LL.M.) in European Law from the College of Europe (Bruges), holds a Bachelor’s degree from Athens Law School, and studied as an exchange student at Ludwig Maximilians Universität in Munich.
In this Guest Speaker Lecture, Konstantinos will explore whether -and to what extent- the Court of Justice of the European Union’s case law on gender equality can offer jurisprudence relevant to emerging questions at the crossroads of gender, law, and technology.
While Konstantinos has not worked directly on this intersection, his expertise in CJEU case law on equality and non-discrimination offers valuable insights that will allow us to collectively explore these dimensions with the attendees.
We very much look forward to seeing many of you there!
