We are delighted to welcome Dr. Maria Mousmouti, Executive Director of the Centre for European Constitutional Law- Themistocles & Dimitris Tsatsos Foundation (CECL) and Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies of the University of London, where she teaches legislative drafting. Her research interests include legislative quality and effectiveness, legislative design, fundamental rights, equality and non discrimination and ways to mainstream gender, disability and diversity in legislation and public policies. Her monograph ‘Designing Effective Legislation’ was published in August 2019.
In this Guest Speaker Seminar, Dr. Mousmouti will share valuable insights on gender impact assessment, focusing on its application in law and policy. The discussion will center on its implementation in the field of technology, exploring key challenges and opportunities.
