On 8 July 2019, Prof. Gloria González Fuster will deliver a talk on 'Interfaces between Privacy and Data Protection: Identity in the Web' at the third conference organised in the framework of the ILA Committee on the Protection of Privacy in Private International and Procedural Law, chaired by Prof. Dr. Dres. h.c. Burkhard Hess. The event is hosted by the Max Planck Institute for Procedural Law in Luxembourg. The theme of this year's conference is 'The Protection of Privacy in Interconnected Digital Environments'.
The event gathers international leading experts to discuss the current challenges and prospective solutions, illustrating the need for either significant adaptations of traditional concepts or the pursuit of innovative solutions.
