Klaudia Kwiatkowska
Biography
Klaudia is a research associate and PhD candidate at the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law at the University of Vienna, where she is supported by a DOC Fellowship from the Austrian Academy of Sciences. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International and European Law from the University of Groningen and a Master’s degree in European Law and Market Integration from Maastricht University.
Klaudia’s research interests encompass data and AI regulation in healthcare, with a focus on digital health technologies and the secondary use of health data. Her PhD research deals with the regulation of data from femtech products in the EU, especially in light of the European Health Data Space. During her visiting research stay at VUB, Klaudia is stationed at the Health & Ageing Law Lab.
