On 11 October 1019, LSTS Reseacrher Gianclaudio Malgieri has been invited as guest speaker at the ERA Annual Conference on European Consumer Law, which will take place in Trier, Germany.
The conference will cover the “New Deal for Consumers”, the recently adopted Directives on the supply of digital content and sale of goods, the latest jurisprudence of the CJEU with focus on air passengers’ rights and relevant fundamental data protection issues.
