On 20 September 2019, LSTS Researcher István Böröcz was invited to join the XIV Congress of the Constitutional Jurisdiction and XXV Congress of Presidents and Judges of Latin-American Courts, Tribunals and Constitutional Chambers in Cartagena, Colombia.

Böröcz participated as a speaker in the panel 'The law of access to information, data protection and third-party liability: a tense relation?' (El derecho de acceso a la información, la protección de datos y la responsabilidad de terceros: ¿una relación tensa?).
