LSTS Researcher, Vanessa Ugolini, Postdoctoral Researcher on the DATAUNION Project, will deliver a talk as part of the DIGITAL-EU × University of Lincoln School of Social and Political Science (SSPS) webinar series, Dialogues on EU Digital Governance.
The series brings together scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to explore the evolving landscape of EU digital governance and its implications for society, politics, and institutions.
In her session, titled “Between Digital Regulation and Platformisation: What is the ‘Minimum Common Denominator’ of European Data Governance?”, which will examine the technical, organisational, and discursive scale-making practices that EU institutions and agencies mobilize to achieve what she terms the “platformisation” of European data governance.
The talk will take place online on MS Teams on Wednesday, 5 November 2025, from 13:00 to 14:00 (CET).
