Martina Siclari
Biography
Martina Siclari is currently a Legal Assistant at the General Court of the European Union. She previously served in the Legal Service of the European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO). Prior to that, she worked as a researcher at the University of Luxembourg, focusing on electronic evidence.
Martina holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Bologna and an LL.M. in EU Law from the Institute for European Studies of the ULB.
Her current research focuses on digital investigative methods, with particular attention to the role of ECtHR and CJEU case-law in driving the modernisation of criminal procedures. Her broader research interests include the intersection between EU criminal law, evidence law and data protection.
