Christopher Kuner, LSTS Professor and BPH’s co-director, is among the contributors of the recently published book ‘EU Law Beyond EU Borders: The Extraterritorial Reach of EU Law‘ (Oxford University Press 2019) edited by Marise Cremona and Joanne Scott. He has drafted the chapter entitled ‘The Internet and the global reach of EU law’.
Each contribution builds upon lectures originally given at the Academy of European Law in Florence and sheds light on the extraterritorial impact of EU law, the so-called "Brussels Effect".
