Zuzanna Choinska graduated with a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw. Currently, she is a Ph.D. candidate in the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw where she works on the thesis “The use of technologies based on data analysis by law enforcement authorities and the protection of the right to privacy in the European Union”. Her research interests are related more broadly to law and new technologies, with a specific focus on data protection and artificial intelligence.
After graduation she was a junior lawyer in an international law firm where she worked in the areas of data protection, cybersecurity and IP. Since 2023 she is also a researcher at the Digital Economy Lab UW (DELab) at the University of Warsaw.
Zuzanna will be spending a month with us working closely with Professor Gloria González Fuster.
