LSTS is happy to announce the launch of a webpage with resources on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), prepared in the context of the 'Specifying the GDPR: Member States' perspectives' series of events organised by the Brussels Privacy Hub (BPH).
The resources can be reached here and include:
- General resources: legislation, institutional resources and other online material;
- EU Member States: legilation, institutional resources and bibliographical references or other online material;
- Other references, consisting of a rich literature review covering topics from GDPR and Member States' law to comparative studies and private international law issues.

The series of events “Specifying the GDPR: Member States perspectives” will initiate an overview of national perspectives relevant for GDPR implementation. The kick-off event of the new “Specifying the GDPR: National perspectives” series will take place on November 12 (12:00-14:00, U-Residence, Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Pleinlaan 2, 1050, Brussel) and will focus on France.
