The PopEye project aims to enhance security at EU borders by implementing advanced biometric technologies for on-the-move identity verification while also improving the travel experience when crossing the external EU borders through unobtrusive on-the-move biometric technologies. Additionally, the project focuses on increasing the efficiency of Border Authorities and Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs).
